About

I first realized my passion for helping people at a young age, which eventually led me to obtain my Bachelor of Social Work from Temple University and my Masters of Social Work from Fordham University. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NJ & NY in 2013, and since then I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families as a psychotherapist, and at times providing skill-building and prevention activities. I have been fully trained in the Attachment Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC) Trauma Treatment Model. I completed the Child and Adolescent Relational Therapies Program at the National Institute for Psychotherapies (NIP) in NYC and was trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in 2017, a trauma treatment technique. I received my EMDR Certification through EMDRIA in January 2022.
